Ronda Smith is my grandmother, and a perfect one at that. She's been doing childcare for the past fourteen years, and i have to admit just about each child she has ever taken care of still keeps in touch with her. Nana is one of those "hip grandma's" she has been taking care of me all my life, shes almost like a sister. You can pour your heart to this women, you have some one to talk to. She understands, and when she doesnt she never just says she doesnt, she looks at you and gives advice. I love this women with all my heart, and i cant just say because shes my nana. But because shes a wonder women, shes dedicated her life to these kids, she gives them things and supports them as if they were her own. Almost like how a firefighter gives his life to others. Its the reason why i spend my spring breaks, summer, and winter breaks here in Garland. Because those bright smiles on their faces when you read aloud their ABC's or when you say "good job!" thats right! Shes making a difference in a little life. She may only be a childcare provider, but shes also a dream builder!
Ronda is a excellent provider, mother and friend. She goes above and beyond the call of duty many times.
Tracy Evans

Tracy is not just a friend. My husband and I have known her for 15 or 16 years (since before our son was born). When we found out we were having a baby, Tracy is one of the first people we told after we told our families. She was our backup babysitter when our son's regular sitter was away and when we were transitioning him to day care and school. She loves the children that she keeps and has kept in the past. She treats them as if they are part of her family. All the kids that have been in her care love her too. Please consider naming Tracy as provider of the month. She deserves it and I know that she would appreciate it.
She has been watching my 19-mo son since he was 6-wks old and my 6-yo step-daughter since she was 9-mos old and they both love her very much. My son doesn't want to come home when I pick him up from her house. She is loving and patient with the children. Tracy Evans is a Blessing to me and my children.
She has been MY provider of choice since 2001 and came HIGHLY recommended. I, with out reservation, would/do recommend her to anyone.
