Floralba creates such a friendly and welcoming environment. Her home is always tidy and organized. She labels bins of toys and other items in the playroom to begin word/item association. She also works with the kids in creative and academic ways. My son is always bringing home an art activity (sometimes for the holiday about to occur) or he is bringing home the letter or number activity for the day. My son is not even 2 and can count to ten in English and Spanish, as well as say many letters in the alphabet. Floralba is also very organized in parent communication. Every day she gives me a write up of the activities for the day as well as a menu and how my son did. As soon as we pull up to Floralba's house, my son begins to say her name over and over. He even calls her "mama' sometimes. He is rarely ready to leave at the end of the day as he is having so much fun! As a parent, you can tell that she truly cares about the kids and their well-being.

Doris and Tony (Nana and Popah) take such good care of the children in their home. Their individualized care of each child is evident. My sweet son is always happy to see them and opens his arms to them when we get to their home. She has wonderful age appropriate areas for all the children. They're well-fed and everyone is always having fun when I'm there. Even when a child is really struggling (teething, bad mood, etc.), Nana and Popah are so patient and loving - they never get frustrated. And when they have to discipline, it's with love and respect - the child understands. Really, they're wonderful people and I'm just so fortunate I found them.
