Provider Of The Month February

Doris Boone

Here is what people have had to say...
Mrs. Boone is very neat and clean with her daycare. I have gone at random times and have never seen the place out of order. Her kitchen is clean at all times. This alone is a plus in my book. Her children are always clean and upon picking them up she must check them again so the parent wont take them away unclean. She has many learning toys, games and videos to keep the kids in a learning mode at all times. She teaches the kids, regardless of age, ABC'S, numbers and colors. Words cannot say how well she takes care of these children except for the LOVE she has for each and everyone of them. There is not another one like her or could take her place.

As a new parent, I was hesitant at first about leaving my child with someone I hardly knew. When I first met MS. Boone I fell in love with her. She has a beautiful personality. Also Ms. Boone works with the children with reading and other social skills. My 1yr old is actually trying to say his ABC's. She is the best day care provider a person could have.

She cares for children as if they were her own. They have healthy meals. She has educational toys as well as videos to teach the children. She displines them with love. She is loved not only by the children, but the parents also. She has a good reppart with the parents. She handle problems with wisdom not taking sides. I feel that the children are safe and secure with Mrs. Boone.

Mrs. Boone is a wonderful child care provider. She is excellent with all the children. She understands each child and caters to their needs. She is loving and treats each of the children as her own. My husband and I couldn't ask for a better child care provider!

Doris Boone, or as the kids refer to her, "Momma Jane", is an exceptional daycare provider. My kids have been to other daycares and I must say, none of them compare to Jane's Playhouse. She is like my kids second mother. They just adore her and lets me know all the time. My kids tell me how much of a wonderful cook she is too. When they first begin going to her, my kids would come home and ask me if they could go on the weekends. I knew then, that they had found their home away from home. Not only is she excellent with my kids, but also with the other kids that attend the daycare. I observe how the kids just flock to her when I am either dropping off or picking up my child. They all just really adore her. I think it is because of the warm and pleasant atmosphere she provides for them as well as the nice and loving way she treats each and every one of them individually. My four year old comes home and tells me different things he is learning every day. Things I didn't even know he knew (i.e. shapes, colors, days of the week, how to spell his name, counting from 1-20, etc.) It is actually more that just a daycare, it is a learning facility also. I personally feel "Provider of the Month" is an understatement. She is the "Provider of the Year" in my book.

Here is what people have had to say...
We believe she does a wonderful job and we are extremely happy with the care she provides. She is a wonderful Daycare provider and she goes above and beyond her duties to make the time my son is there fun.

Takes wonderful care of the children, while genuilnely caring and loving them.

I like Nana as my childrens' daycare provider. I feel my kids are in a safe environment and well taken care of. I like that Nana has a schedule that she keeps the kids on which helps them stay well adjusted. I greatly appreciate the expectations she holds of the kids and how well mannered they are. We love Nana so much!! She has cared for both of my children and I trust her 100%. She treats my kids as her own and I feel they are left in a loving environment. I appreciate that she works in conjunction with my husband and I to provide the best tailored care for my child. I would definately recommend her to a friend!

Doris is a fantastic caregiver. She examplifies all the qualities that a parent looks for in a caregiver; passion for her work, trust, fair discipline, balance, and total adoration for the kids she cares for. She opens up her entire home and heart to her kids. She cared for both my son and daughter and prepared them to be ready and CONFIDENT for Pre-school. Doris has been in the business for many years and her reputation preceeds her as she gets invited to the graduations and weddings of the children that she cared for. That speaks volumes. We keep Doris close to our heart today and, my kids who are older now, still refer to her as their "Nana"!

Doris is a wonderful provider for my child. I can drop off my little one and feel completely at ease and go to work knowing that she will be well taken care of. I feel like Im leaving her with our real Nana :)

Because she is very good to all her kids. She realy enjoys keepping children. She has been doing this for several, several years, and loves it! Even when they grow up they come back to see NANA. She is very loving, and careing. She has devoted her life to her babies.

Here is what people have had to say...
She is consistent and caring with her child rearing. The children love her and the parents can trust and count on her.

Linda and Mark Ronck

Here is what people have had to say...
Linda has dedicated her adult life the past several years to providing excellent day care for her children. She offers creative learning experiences in a safe, colorful, love-filled environment. She often hosts special enriching events during the year for example, a visit from Santa Claus. Linda is continually attending workshops annually to enrich her learning as a day care provider. Recently during re-cooperation from surgery, Mark, Linda's husband continued his work as her assistant in providing quality care of the children along with the help of another worker.

Mark and Linda Ronck are the husband and wife team of the in home child care Love and Lollipops in Plano, TX. Recently Linda had to undergo an unplanned surgery. During this time they chose to keep their business open in order to provide what was best for all of the children they care for. A member of their church volunteered to come in and work with Mark while Linda recovered from her surgery. Mark took on the role of 2 people for the 2 weeks Linda recovered. Linda returned in the 3rd week still recovering, but ready to be back teaching and caring for our future. They both worked extremely hard to make sure that the children they care for received the same love and nuturing they needed during this time. They went above and beyond to make sure the children were cared for first and foremost. I could not find another couple to provide a more loving, nuturing, and safe environment for my child!

Linda took my child into her care after I had a bad run in with another home child care provider. The very Monday we started at Love and Lollipops and I have never been so happy. Mrs. Ronck is very loving and caring for the children, it is truly amazing to see how much my daughter has learned and the songs she sings when just playing by herself at home. I stand in the doorway and just listen. Mark has been there for the children and has known Kailey from the prior day care that she was at (he was the computer guy) Mark takes time and spends quality time with each and every child at the school. Mark and Linda are make a fabulous team. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, warm, and loving environment that is full of learning.

Linda demonstrates a true love for her kids and for her profession. She has recently endured major surgery, but managed to keep her day care center open, during her recovery, by enlisting the assistance of her husband Mark. The children were cared for and given the basic childhood educational activities with Linda's supervision without a break in routine for them. Her daycare center is always colorful, inviting, clean, and redecorated with the changing seasons. She prepares healthy, colorful and tasty meals and a structured rest time afterward. The daily activities are varied and individualized giving each child something special to bring home for the day. I have watched Linda and her center grow to a successful childcare facility for the children of Plano Texas.

He loves children and took care of all his wifes children she provides for while she was recuperating from surgery. I have seen him with the children he is very compassionate and loving to the children.

Mark and Linda Ronck own and operate L&L. Mid January 08, Linda had to have major surgery that would require significant recovery time. Linda hired an additional worker to assist Mark and they did a fabulous job in Linda's absence. They only closed for 1 day, the day of the surgery. Mark took over with the helper every other day since. He ran the daycare, the house (they have 2 teenagers) and took care of his wife in recovery. I think he did a tremendous job. My child is always in wonderful hands with the Ronck's. I am extremely thankful for the awesome job they do with my child, not only in this trying time but always. My daughter has been in their care daily since she was 2 months old- March of 07 and I am truly blessed to have them as my parenting partners.

He worked so hard while his wife was recooperating from surgery. Mark did a great job!!

THEY ARE VERY, VERY GOOD WITH MY SON JUSTIN & THEY HAVE TAKEN GREAT CARE OF HIM & THE OTHER CHILDREN IN THEIR CARE. ALSO MY SON HAS LEARNED SO MUCH FROM THEM. HE'S TALKING MORE & PLAYING WITH OTHER KIDS & MAKING FRIENDS & LEARNING COLORS, SHAPES, NUMBERS, ETC. JUSTIN JUST LOVES MARK SO MUCH THAT HE KEEPS ASKING FOR HIM EVERY DAY & ALSO MS. LINDA. HE HAS SUCH A GREAT TIME WITH THEM & I FEEL COMFORTABLE & HAPPY THAT MY CHILD IS THERE LEARNING & GROWING INTO A RESPONSIBLE, RESPECTFUL LITTLE BOY.

Mark stepped into the role of being the full-time childcare provider while his wife had to undergo a complete hysterectomy surgery. While his wife is the usual full-time, do everything provider, and Mark is her assistant, he has stepped into this new leadership role and assumed responsibility beautifully. His wife has not been concerned for her home daycare business' daily operations because she knows it has been in capable hands and so is able to recover without stress. Mark has also continue to care for his own two teenagers and wife during this time, all while being the fun Mr. Mark to the children he always has been. I feel he deserves a huge pat on the back for a job well done.
